We evaluate Franchise candidates on the basis of business abilities and experience, personal drive for success and financial strength. Previous franchise experience is a plus, but not a requirement since we place a high value on an individual's business expertise.

An agreement with us is a mandatory requirement for a franchise
The following are some of the requirements that you must meet:
- Indian citizen
- Territory knowledge and financial strength
- English language proficiency and a passion to teach the subject
- Good credit record/credit history evidenced by prompt payment of all financial obligations
- Entrepreneurial attitude, creativity and the ability to make sound business decisions
- Ability to create and implement a comprehensive business plan and a marketing strategy suitable to your area and student requirement
- Ability to successfully execute Alchemy franchise operational procedures with an emphasis on quality deliverance of course material without any deviations.
